Section 3 – Session Preparation
Mentors
After Phase 1, the participants from Group 1 become Mentors for Group 2.
Role of a Mentor
What is the role of a mentor, and why do you need them?
- They help to teach what they have learned. Mentors will teach two topics in the program. It gives you a break from teaching; however, you also allow your team to be role models and leaders. You make the program duplicatable.
- As they lead by example, having been through the program, they will motivate, inspire, and help to answer questions in the Marco Polo group.
- They are living testimonies of the new way of life.
- They are advocates.
