“I COMMIT TO” Contract

I _____________________________________________ have fully committed to Season __ of the __________________.  I am committing to going all in for the next 6 months.  To fully follow directions and give 100% of my effort.  For the next 6 months, I am fully committing to:

  • Checking in EVERY Day on the Marco Polo app with my group.
  • Checking in EVERY night with my tracker.
  • Drinking one gallon of water every day.
  • Picking and following a workout program (working out 6 days a week – 30 min a day).
  • Picking an eating plan and following it.
  • Not putting any unplanned cheats, bites, nibbles, or treats into my mouth.
  • Taking one rest day per week. 
  • Taking a planned cheat every 5 lbs lost.
  • Showing up Monday night for my group meeting with my camera on, in good lighting, not multitasking, and ready to learn.
  • I will share the results of this program every week on my social media account.
  • I will turn in my weekly progress photos every week by noon via e-mail.
  • I will drink my pre-workout (energize) every day. I work out 20 minutes before I start.
  • I will drink my post-workout (recover) every day I work out for 30 minutes of working out.
  • I will drink my shake every single day, for the duration of the challenge, period!!!
  • I will show up and prioritize myself and my health for the next 24 weeks.
  • I will honor my coach, Carmen, and all my cast members for the 24 weeks.
  • I am committed to changing my life!!

I fully understand and commit to following the program laid out by the _______________.  I will not change the system or the recipe.  I agree that I should not give excuses for the next 24 weeks but get results.   I understand that if I am not found not following directions or dishonoring my coach or cast members, I will be asked to leave the program without a refund.
