After Phase 1, the participants from Group 1 become Mentors for Group 2.

What is the role of a mentor, and why do you need them?

They help to teach what they have learned. Mentors will teach two topics in the program. It gives you a break from teaching; however, you also allow your team to be role models and leaders. You make the program duplicatable.
As they lead by example, having been through the program, they will motivate, inspire, and help to answer questions in the Marco Polo group.
They are living testimonies of the new way of life.
They are advocates.
