 Hello and welcome it is Week 11 – Phase 2

 

1. Weight Standings 

    • Go through Standings for Phase 2 (Quickly). Recognize New Decades or Big Milestones
  • If you have previous groups – have someone from a previous season who has done well talk to them

 

2. Topic: Finish Strong – Phase 3 next 12 Weeks

Tonight, we are going to talk about you FINISHING STRONG in this last week.

  • What has happened over the last 11 weeks is what it is

o   If you have done fantastic – GREAT

o   If you have done ok – That is ok

o   If you have been off track – now Is the time to get back     

    on track

  • It isn’t always how you start but how you finish

o   The only way you aren’t going to get to your goal is if  

    you quit

  • 2 options for this week

o   One is – if you have something to cover with them – or 

    something you need to go over – go over it

  • Or 
    •  Last week you Coached Yourself

 

o   This week, you are going to spend 60 seconds encouraging yourself

o   Recognize your sprouts

o   Recognize how far you have come

o   Speaking into who you are becoming

o   Recognizing you aren’t where you are, but you are not    

    where you were

  • Next week is our last meeting – and we will be talking about Phase 3
  • You have a toolbox full of tools that you have been given over the last 6 months.  
    • It will be your job to use them – to pull them out when you need them
      •  One of the tools is this group
      • Meeting every week
      • Still continuing to do all the things you have been doing
    • My prayer is everyone continues to flock together
      • But there is always a risk someone FLOCKS off
      • I will give you some suggestions next week on what to do

 

3. Homework

  • Progress photos – due on Saturday by noon (Timezone)
