Hello and welcome, it is Week 11 – Phase 2
1.Weight Standings

- Go through Standings for Phase 2 (Quickly). Recognize New Decades or Big Milestones
- These will be the FINAL STANDINGS
- GO OVER HOW MUCH TOTAL THEY HAVE LOST FROM DAY 1 to TODAY
2. Topic: Focus: Phase 3 Plans & Declaration
Tonight, we will do two things and give you some tips on moving into Phase 3 successfully and Celebrating YOU
- So, we talked last week about continuing to do all the things you have been doing.
o Everything on your contract
o For the meeting, I have seen a lost of groups try to stay
together
o Best group, left meeting for 7:30 Monday night, met up,
talked strategized,
o They weighed in Monday morning before the meeting
o Have one person with Zoom – set up the ongoing
meeting
- What I would not do is try to find a time that WORKS FOR EVERYONE
o You all have been making Monday at 7:30pm work,
- Now this is going to be up to you; this is just my recommendation
- This isn’t the end, this is just the end of this program
o You are entering what I like to call Phase 3
o You have gone through training
o Now you are an agent in the field – using all the tools you have been given
o The success of your mission – fully depends on the utilization of YOUR TOOLS

- If you don’t use your tools, the mission will likely not go well
- In Phase 3 – this is a pivotal moment for you, and how you move forward
o I could continue to tell you how to act, what to do, and
what your vision/intentions should be
- But your words are way more powerful than mine
- So just like we did in each phase, we made a DECLARATION – we are going to do the same thing for PHASE 3
o Have them take 30 seconds each and give their Phase
3. Declaration
- Awesome Awesome Job. I want you to know I am so very proud of each and every one of you
- It has been an honor to get to know you and play a small part in your journey
- Know that you have everything it takes to finish this thing you started and get to your goal
- You were made to do hard things, and you are stronger than you can even imagine
- I am here for you, I am still your coach, you are still going to see me, just not in this same capacity
- I truly am so proud of how far you each have come
- If we think back to 24 weeks ago, each and every one of you has changed so much
- You have evolved, you have grown, you have started to believe you are worth it.
- And fight for the future you want
- As we leave this call tonight, continue to fight for you, your health, your goals, your family, your future
- I believe in you and am over here cheering you on!!
