let’s jump into our final standings for Week 12 – PHASE 2!
1. Weight Standings

- Go through Standings for Phase 2 (Quickly). Recognize New Decades or Big Milestones
- These will be the FINAL STANDINGS
- GO OVER HOW MUCH TOTAL THEY HAVE LOST FROM DAY 1 TO TODAY – All 24 Weeks!
- Big Congratulations to all of the clients for pushing through!
2. Topic: Final Call for Phase 2
Recap and Celebrations!
- Congratulations for
- Starting and finishing the program despite so many obstacles.
- Staying committed.
- You have been given the tools to succeed.
- How to lose weight.
- Formulate how to navigate the freedom phase.
- Gift of community, people you can flog with.
- Phase 3
- Phase 1 – You learned the tools.
- Phase 2 – You used the tools/taught the tools
- Phase 3 – Will determine success or fall back into old habits
- What you do for the next 3 months will determine your long-term success.
- Be aware of the little voices in your head inviting you to fall back into old habits.
- Be aware of the temptations.
- You know what old behaviors look like and what it does produce.
- As soon as we stop, it will bring us back to where we started.
- You can decide whether to stick to what you have learned or flog off.
- Strength training your commitment muscle and mind.
- Keep weekly meetings at the same time for 10-15 minutes; talk about wins talk about where you are at, what your intention is, and how you overcame something,
- Weigh in on Marco Polo, as usual,
- Coach yourself, to stay accountable and committed. Does your behavior line up with where you want to go?
- Make a Declaration for the next 12 weeks.
- Why are you committing?
- What are you committing to?
- Ask the cast to verbalize their new declaration.
- Congratulate your cast for all your success, and encourage you to stay connected.
