About me:
I’m a wife, a mom to two incredible adult children, and an empty nester stepping into the most fulfilling season of my life—past my fifties, and finally living fully.
Life hasn’t always looked like this. I’ve walked through the heaviness of depression, the chaos of anxiety attacks, and the physical and emotional weight of being morbidly obese. I’ve navigated the pain of a violent, abusive upbringing and the ache of a marriage that felt like it was falling apart.
But by the grace of God, that’s not where my story ends.
Healing came. Hope returned. And everything began to shift.
I experienced the restoration of my marriage, broke free from the grip of debt, and began to reclaim my body, my mind, and my joy. Hormonal changes and life transitions may have come—but so did strength, wisdom, and a deep, unshakable identity.
I now live with clarity, confidence, and gratitude. I know who I am: a cherished daughter of the Most High God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And that changes everything.
Today, I don’t just survive—I thrive. I laugh more. I love harder. I live freer. And I help other women step into their own freedom with boldness and faith.
