Authorization for Use: I hereby grant Destiny Global and its affiliates the irrevocable right and permission to use, publish, and distribute my Testimonial, in whole or in part, in any media formats and through any media channels, for the purpose of marketing, promotion, or any other lawful purpose.
Ownership and Rights: I understand that my Testimonial, as submitted, becomes the property of Destiny Global and I will not receive any compensation for its use. I affirm that my Testimonial is original, accurate to my experience, and was provided without any expectation of compensation or remuneration.
Consent and Release: I confirm that the Testimonial reflects my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences with the coach. I have obtained the express consent from any and all individuals named or implied in my Testimonial to mention their names and share their information, understanding they have also agreed to this Media Release.
No Obligation to Use: I acknowledge that Destiny Global is under no obligation to use my Testimonial, and the decision to publish, edit, or use any part of it is at the sole discretion of Destiny Global.
Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Destiny Global, its agents, employees, and any third parties from any claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever regarding the use of my Testimonial as consented herein.
Privacy: I understand that my privacy is important to Destiny Global and that my information will be used in accordance with the company's Privacy Policy. Personal contact information provided will be used for the sole purpose of verifying my testimonial and will not be published or shared without my explicit consent.
By submitting my review and clicking "I Agree," I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms, and I am legally capable of entering into this agreement.
